Requirements for the Financial Manager position:

1/ Must be an Egyptian national enjoying full civil and political rights.

2/ Must be of good repute and conduct, and must not have been subject to a final judgment imposing a criminal penalty or a penalty restricting liberty for a crime involving moral turpitude or dishonesty, unless rehabilitated.

3/ Must not have been previously dismissed from any place of employment for reasons involving moral turpitude or dishonesty, nor have had their membership revoked from any sports or youth organization for reasons unrelated to the settlement of financial obligations.

4/ Must have completed mandatory military service or have been exempted therefrom in accordance with the law.

5/ Must be between 30 and 70 years of age (Gregorian calendar) at the time of appointment.

6/ Must hold a university degree in a commerce-related field.

7/ Must possess comprehensive knowledge of the Federation’s

activities, as well as the laws, regulations, and resolutions governing its operations.

8/ Proficiency in English, computer skills, and electronic correspondence is preferred; the criteria for such proficiency shall be determined by the Federation’s Board of Directors, and the competent administrative authority shall be notified of these criteria.

9/ Possess the physical and health fitness required for the position applied for, and submit a medical report regarding their health status from a government hospital, as well as a drug test result from the Fund for Drug Control and Addiction Treatment.

10/ Adhere to the Code of Conduct, Ethics, and Sports Values ​​of the Egyptian Olympic Committee.

11/ It is prohibited to appoint a Financial Manager who is related—up to the fourth degree of kinship—to the President or any member of the Federation’s Board of Directors.
